Accommodation during studies/master school (“Meisterschule”) and internship

You have secured a spot in a university programme or have been granted a scholarship? You are aged between 18 and 27? You would like to start an internship in Düsseldorf? If so, we have good news for you! A comfortable mini apartment is waiting for you at a reasonable price. Imagine straightforward costs including rent, associated costs, Wi-Fi, and a prime location in the heart of Düsseldorf. This offer also applies to those attending a master school programme(“Meisterschule”) in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area.

Our rents range between €470 and €530 for a mini apartment (depending on size; 16 m2 – 25m2). This includes associated costs, i.e. electricity, water, heating costs, Wi-Fi.
Cleaning equipment is part of the basic set-up.
A pillow, duvet and a mattress protector are also provided.
All linen such as bedlinen, towels (bathroom & kitchen) must be brought by the tenant.
On moving in, the tenant pays a deposit of €300, which must be paid together with the first rent on arrival at the latest.
In Germany, every household has to pay a broadcasting fee (Rundfunkgebühr). This fee is not covered by us.
The apartment is to be cleaned by the tenant. At certain intervals, the bathrooms are cleaned by our cleaning personnel.
We are a smoke-free house.
