There is a hotel area on the ground floor and first floor, as well as conference and seminar rooms. Also, there is lots of fresh air, as Townhouse Düsseldorf is a smoke-free building.

Laundry facilities are also available in the house. An external company provides washing machines and tumble dryers which can be found in the basement. Residents can wash and dry their clothes for a small fee. An iron and ironing board can be borrowed free of charge if required.

Terms of admission and cost

Accommodation for young people aged 18 to a maximum of 27 years.
Minimum stay of two chargeable full calendar months.

The rent is € 530.00/month for a single apartment, regardless of size. This amount also covers associated costs, i.e. electricity, water, heating costs, Wi-Fi/LAN and a weekly apartment cleaning (only vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms). The rent must always be paid in advance for the following month. Furthermore, a deposit of € 300.00 is required, which must be paid on arrival at the latest. The costs for TV/radio (formerly GEZ; German broadcasting tax) are to be paid by the tenant. All linen such as bedlinen (sheets, pillowcase & duvet cover) and towels (bathroom & kitchen) must be brought by the tenant.
